Tag a Collection
Adding tags to a Collection can enhance your ability to search and find that Collection quickly in the future. There are three ways to add tags to a Collection.
Option 1: In the left navigation bar, right-click on a Collection to open the Collection menu, select "Edit Details" to open up the Collection Details, click in the tag box, type a tag and press enter or type a comma (repeat this step to add more tags). When you've typed all of the tags you want to be added to the Collection, click Save to apply the tags to the Collection.
Option 2: When viewing a Collection in your Starchive results window, you can right-click on the three dots under the Collection title to open the Collection menu. Select "Edit Details" to open up the Collection Details, click in the tag box, type a tag and press enter or type a comma (repeat this step to add more tags). When you've typed all of the tags you want to be added to the Collection, click Save to apply the tags to the Collection.
Option 3: When looking at all of your Collections in Collections view (using grid view or list view) right-click on a Collection and select "Edit Details" to open up the details model. Type a tag and press enter or type a comma (repeat this step to add more tags). When you've typed all of the tags you want to be added to the Collection, click Save to apply the tags to the Collection.
Important Note: Collection tags are not automatically applied to all Files within the Collection, they are unique to the Collection you've specifically added them to. If you are looking to add tags to multiple Files, please check out the Batch Tagging article.
